OWEN UPDATE!! 
The foster family for HBR’s OWEN provided the following update on his progress: “Owen came to us as a foster on June 16 and he is totally settled in. He is an awesome dog and should get adopted real quick! 
He lived in a basement for the first 4 years of his life and when surrendered, the vet said it was the worst flea infestation on any dog he had ever seen. 
But Owen is super friendly and curious and a really good boy! So all is well with us!
