♡♡HAPPY TAILS: STELLA!!!! ♡♡
♡♡HAPPY TAILS: STELLA!!!! ♡♡HBR volunteer Shannon and her family adopted STELLA last year. As she celebrates her first Gotcha Day, we checked in with her new family to see how she is doing! Shannon provided the following update: “Stella joined our family as a foster in Spring of 2019. It didn’t take long for us to realize that she was meant to be part of our family forever! When Stella first came into care it was believed that she had Addison’s Disease. HBR was amazing in connecting us with vets and resources to help us learn more about the disease and ensure she lives a long and healthy life. However, it turns out what we learned was even better- our sweet Stella had been misdiagnosed and was perfectly healthy!Other fosters have come and gone and most of the time Stella has been welcoming; making fast friends with her new foster siblings- especially if they will chase her in the yard! She loves to play, is very attached to her rubber taco and immediately begins drooling if offered cheese as a treat. She has a special bond with her much older and much smaller sister who is also an HBR alumni.”We are so happy Stella has found her perfect match! Thank you for all you do for HBR, Shannon, and for choosing adoption once again!♡♡
