Hello from HBRs palliative forever foster Billy Billy and his best friend Michael spend lots of time outside, as you can see. You may remember Billy’s story .. he was left at a shelter at 9 years old by his owner who got a new girlfriend who was allergic. Billy was abandoned with an enlarged heart AND a high grade heart murmur.
