Hello from HBRs palliative forever foster Billy ?Billy and his best friend Michael spend lots of time outside, as you can see. You may remember Billy’s story .. he was left at a shelter at 9 years old by his owner who got a new girlfriend who was allergic. Billy was abandoned with an enlarged heart AND a high grade heart murmur. WELCOME Waverly

WELCOME Waverly ?Please join us in welcoming sweet Waverly to the HBR foster family. Waverly is our #2 BIG medical case that we brought in this week (check out Hector)! Waverly has a severe infection in her tail, along with some other Bulldog issues going on. Super foster mom Liana is well versed in Bulldog care and we are so thankful that Waverly is in such good hands. Thank you Liana for opening your home to HBRs senior gal in need. Welcome Hector

WELCOME Hector ?Please join us in welcoming handsome Hector the 3 year old Bulldog to our foster program this week. Hector is 1 of 2 BIG medical cases that HBR took on this week. Stay tuned for #2! Both cases will require many vet appointments and LOTS of TLC. Hector has an infection in his tail, along with some skin issues which make him very uncomfortable. If you can help donate to his vetting care, you may do so directly at www.canadahelps.org Hector’s fosters Angela and Shawn are no strangers to HBRs Bulldogs and are more than up for the challenge. HBR is a volunteer-run, small scale dog rescue group located in Ontario, Canada. We are non-profit, and foster home based, meaning we have no kennel facilities where our dogs are kept. Each rescue dog lives temporarily in a volunteer's home until their Forever Home is found.
