WELCOME Thor & Baloo 
Please join us in welcoming the bonded DUO Thor (shep mix) and Baloo to the HBR foster family this week. Thor and Baloo found themselves in a tough situation when their living situation changed so they were surrendered to HBR to find them a permanent home. Thor and Baloo are bonded and will be adopted together. They will be vetted and then will be looking for their FUR-EVER home. THANK YOU Dana and family for opening your home to the dynamic duo. THANK YOU to our friends Tony and Ginger at Golden Rescue for helping get these two into our care. Thank you to our very own Anastassia and Chris (and James for the walks!) for making sure these two got safely and quickly to their foster home on such short notice! Our volunteers and rescue friends ROCK! Keep your eyes open for more updates as these two settle into care.
Billy and his best friend Michael spend lots of time outside, as you can see. You may remember Billy’s story .. he was left at a shelter at 9 years old by his owner who got a new girlfriend who was allergic. Billy was abandoned with an enlarged heart AND a high grade heart murmur. Billy will live out the rest of his days with Michael and Rita knowing nothing but love
