WELCOME Hector Please join us in welcoming handsome Hector the 3 year old Bulldog to our foster program this week. Hector is 1 of 2 BIG medical cases that HBR took on this week. Stay tuned for #2! Both cases will require many vet appointments and LOTS of TLC. Hector has an infection in his tail, along with some skin issues which make him very uncomfortable.
